Jessica Burton Press
Wellness Director
Living a quality and healthy existence has been a life long endeavor for me. I discovered early that maintaining a true sense of balance is a vital component to positive living. As a young person, I developed a diligent habit of incorporating nutrition, physical fitness, and nature into my every day life. These practices guided me to earn my health and wellness degree from Metro Sate.
While teaching health and physical education to students with learning and other disabilities for over a decade, I discovered how important health, balance, and independence are to people with life challenges. My life and work experience has brought forth an understanding and aspiration to help people with their challenges and life experiences. I pledge to offer our clients a helping hand by way of compassion, knowledge, and dignity.
How can I help you? Whatever “Well-being”, “High quality of life”, and “Healthy” mean to you, let’s aim to achieve it together!
